Products<\/h2>\n  <p>We sell perfumes and related personal care products. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to photography or screen settings.<\/p>\n  <p>All products are genuine and sourced from authorised suppliers. Products are sold as consumer goods and are not intended for resale or commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"orders\">3. Orders &amp; Payments<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Orders are confirmed only when payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation email.<\/li>\n    <li>Payments are processed securely via JCC Payment Systems. We do not store your card details.<\/li>\n    <li>At checkout, you will be required to acknowledge that your order involves an obligation to pay by confirming via a clearly labelled button.<\/li>\n    <li>We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, any payment taken will be refunded in full.<\/li>\n    <li>A durable order confirmation (email) will be sent to you within a reasonable time after the contract is concluded.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2 id=\"delivery\">4. Delivery (ACS Pickup)<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>All orders are delivered to your selected <strong>ACS Courier pickup point<\/strong>. We do not offer home delivery.<\/li>\n    <li>Estimated delivery: approximately <strong>5 working days<\/strong> from order confirmation.<\/li>\n    <li>You will be notified when your parcel is ready for collection at your chosen ACS point.<\/li>\n    <li>Customers must collect their order within <strong>5 working days<\/strong> of the collection notification. After this period, uncollected parcels may be returned to us by ACS.<\/li>\n    <li>Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by ACS Courier.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2 id=\"withdrawal\">5. This is a legal exception and is not a company restriction.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"returns\">6. Returns &amp; Refunds<\/h2>\n\n  <h3>6.1 General Return Conditions<\/h3>\n  <p>Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>6.2 Fully Unopened Products (Outer &amp; Inner Packaging Intact)<\/h3>\n  <p>If both the outer shipping packaging and the product seal are completely unopened and intact, you are eligible for a <strong>full refund<\/strong> of the purchase price and original delivery charge.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>6.3 Opened Outer Packaging \u2013 Product Seal Intact<\/h3>\n  <p>If the outer shipping\/retail packaging has been opened but the product&#8217;s original hygiene seal remains fully intact and unbroken:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>The return may be accepted at our discretion after inspection.<\/li>\n    <li>If accepted, a refund will be issued <strong>minus the return shipping cost (\u20ac2.00)<\/strong>, which represents the cost to return the item via ACS Courier.<\/li>\n    <li>This deduction is not the same as your original delivery charge, which is refunded separately.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p><em>Note: If you believe the outer packaging was damaged in transit, please notify us with photo evidence within 48 hours of collection.<\/em><\/p>\n\n  <h3>6.4 Opened Product Seal (Hygiene Exception)<\/h3>\n  <p>Once a perfume or personal care product&#8217;s seal has been broken or removed after delivery, the product <strong>cannot be returned or refunded<\/strong>. This is a mandatory exception under EU law (Article 16(e), Directive 2011\/83\/EU) due to health protection and hygiene reasons. This applies regardless of whether the product has been used.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"failed-collection\">7. Failed Collection<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>If an order is not collected from the ACS pickup point within the collection window, ACS will return the parcel to us.<\/li>\n    <li>We will contact you when a parcel is returned.<\/li>\n    <li>If the goods are in a returnable condition (sealed), we will issue a refund of the product price <strong>minus any return shipping costs<\/strong> incurred.<\/li>\n    <li>If the goods have been opened in transit or are otherwise not returnable (e.g. hygiene seal broken), no refund will be issued.<\/li>\n    <li>We are not liable for parcels that cannot be re-delivered due to incorrect pickup point selection by the customer.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2 id=\"damaged\">8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within <strong>48 hours of collection<\/strong> at <a href=\"mailto:support@amerelialtd.com\">support@amerelialtd.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n    <li>You must provide clear <strong>photo evidence<\/strong> of the damage or incorrect item before any remedy is offered.<\/li>\n    <li>After verification, we will offer either a <strong>full replacement<\/strong> or a <strong>full refund<\/strong> at our discretion. Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items are covered by us.<\/li>\n    <li>This is separate from and in addition to your rights under the EU 2-year legal guarantee (Section 9).<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2 id=\"guarantee\">9. EU 2-Year Legal Guarantee<\/h2>\n  <p>Under EU Directive 2019\/771 on the sale of goods, all products sold are covered by a statutory <strong>2-year legal conformity guarantee<\/strong> from the date of delivery. If a product is not in conformity with the contract at the time of delivery (e.g. defective, incorrectly described), you are entitled to:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Repair or replacement of the product; or<\/li>\n    <li>A price reduction or full refund if repair\/replacement is not possible.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>This guarantee does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal and applies regardless of any commercial warranty we may offer.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"refund-processing\">10. Refund Processing<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.<\/li>\n    <li>Under EU law, refunds must be issued within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving your withdrawal request (and, where applicable, of receiving the returned goods).<\/li>\n    <li>In practice, we aim to process refunds within <strong>3\u20137 business days<\/strong>. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n  <p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amerelia Ltd shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products;<\/li>\n    <li>Delays caused by ACS Courier or JCC Payment Systems;<\/li>\n    <li>Losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong pickup point).<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p><strong>Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under EU or Cyprus consumer law<\/strong>, including your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011\/83\/EU, the Sale of Goods Directive 2019\/771, or any other applicable law. Our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, is not excluded.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"disputes\">12.
